     Verified Everything at Simon’s property was exactly as listed. Both Simon & Sarah were speedy with any queries we had as well as offering advice for things to do in the area. Two separate toilets was convenient too considering there were 5 of us. Only had one issue which was one of the bedroom doors didn’t lock but obviously this was no hinderance whatsoever and this property will definitely be our first option if we were to ever stay in Chesterfield again.      Verified Wonderful place! Don’t be put off by the road - it’s so quiet inside the house and there was always a place to park whilst we were there! The place was clean, well equipped and cosy. Really handy for shops and was only 25 mins from the usual tourist spots such as Matlock and Bakewell.  Will definitely be staying again!

     Verified It is a lovely house and surprisingly Tardis like. Pros: Great communication and enthusiastic owners. Good size family room given it is a mid terrace house in the suburbs of Chesterfield. Great access to the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District. Very close to the town and its amenities Clean and spacious for a family of five. Things to consider: Chesterfield is not Bakewell - it is a working town but is has two theatres (we went to a show in one) and some good facilities- we used the leisure centre and also the Escape rooms were great - if you are looking for a tourist, chocolate box place, I suggest you stay in the Peaks (but you will need a bigger budget for the same space!) There is no on site parking - you park on the road but we found a space within 50 yards of the house every day and there are no parking restrictions. The one thing I would say is how responsive Simon and Katie were - the washing machine broke down (it happens) and the handyman, Jason, was there within a couple of hours and when he couldn’t fix it, the washing machine was replace with a new one by the end of the day - great service.

Yes. We provide towels with all of our properties to help our guests travel light and concentrate more on enjoying their stay.

Is there parking at the property?

All of our properties have on street parking.

Do you allow dogs at the property?

We love dogs, charges apply.

When will I get the address to the property and access codes?

The address to the property and access codes (along with the all important WIFI password) will be sent to you automatically on the morning of check-in. Things don’t always work as they should so if you haven’t received these details by 10:00 am then please get in touch.

When will my security deposit be returned?

All security deposits will be returned within 7 days of checkout subject to a housekeeping review.
